Rodrigo Axel Espinosa Valdez pleaded guilty Tuesday to a lesser charge of murder in the killing of San Benito Police Lt. Milton Resendez—he now faces charges of capital murder, six counts of attempted murder, and evading arrest while the investigation continues.
