- ➤ After losing their home on Nov. 19, the Dominguez family of 14 from Monte Alto got help with groceries and daily items when DPS troopers shopped with them during Troopsgiving — a program for families in need. DPS said they plan to help more families next year as they continue to investigate the fire. KRGV
- ➤ STC students are rebuilding Estela Cadena's home in Sullivan City that burned down in October and board member Jose Ramirez provided free materials for the project—resulting in a new home expected to be finished by Christmas. KRGV

- ➤ The Small Business Academy is hosting a session called 'Culture That Clicks: Team Development & Loyalty Building' that will help small business owners learn how to hire smart and boost employee morale through effective onboarding and simple rituals—teaching key strategies for handling conflict and feedback.
