- ➤ Cameron County Judge Eddie Treviño, Jr. will order Boca Chica Beach and State Hwy 4 to be temporarily closed for SpaceX non-flight testing activities from FM 1419 to the beach either on September 7 from 5:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. C.S.T. or on September 8 from 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.—SpaceX and law enforcement will coordinate checkpoint access for residents with proof of residence.
