- ➤ Cameron County announced an early notice for public review of a proposed housing reconstruction project in Arroyo Colorado Estates Colonia+ the plan calls for demolishing a dilapidated mobile home and replacing it with a new Energy Star Certified Manufactured Housing Unit outside the 100-year floodplain. Residents may send written comments to the County Judge's Office by September 15+ to share their concerns. Cameron County
