- ➤ A 60-year-old man, David Rivera, was arrested at 2:15 a.m. on Saturday, Aug. 9 on South Padre Island after a deadly golf cart crash killed 34-year-old Kaylinn Churchill, a Fort Worth woman, and injured five others; he faces six counts of intoxication assault and one count of intoxication manslaughter with a bond of $180,000.
