- ➤ The SBA is offering physical damage disaster loans to help Rio Grande Valley residents repair damage from March flooding until July 22—homeowners, renters, businesses and non-profits in Cameron, Hidalgo, Starr and Willacy counties can apply. - ➤ Cameron County commissioners approved a plan on Tuesday for a new SpaceX facility near the sand dunes on Boca Chica Beach—this project will include 20 buildings, one of which is a 15-story tower that will separate air into nitrogen and oxygen for launching SpaceX vehicles. KURV
- ➤ Governor Greg Abbott will add flood warning systems, better emergency communications and relief funding for flood victims to the agenda for the special legislative session set to start on July 21.
