- ➤ On May 22nd, 2025, Brownsville held a groundbreaking ceremony for the Greater Brownsville Tech District on FM 511 between Old Alice Road and Paredes Line Road—an initial 86-acre phase will support space, energy, and advanced manufacturing sectors.
