- ➤ SpaceX is issuing a noise warning ahead of its scheduled Starship launch window today at 5:30 p.m. near Starbase + if the launch proceeds, it will be the first Starship flight of 2026 and the 12th overall. KURV
EDUCATION NEWS
- ➤ UTRGV plans to move its engineering courses from Edinburg to Brownsville, starting with third-year classes this fall and fourth-year courses next year. The change will help students avoid long commutes. KURV
- ➤ DHR Health and South Texas College held a graduation in Edinburg for the inaugural Registered Nurse Apprenticeship Program, honoring 10 students who earned hands-on training and a paycheck while learning essential skills to help ease the nursing shortage. Rio Grande Guardian
