SpaceX will launch Flight 12 of its upgraded Version 3 Starship/Super Heavy rocket from Boca Chica Tuesday between 5:30 and 7 p.m. The launch plan includes highway and beach closures to clear the Brownsville Ship Channel — with backup dates set for Wednesday, Thursday and later in May.
