- ➤ Brownsville officials and the Brownsville Historical Association approved a plan to move the historic Neale House from Texas Southmost College to Linear Park for full restoration — a $404,257 contract with Dodson House Moving LLC has been awarded and work is set to start soon lasting six to eight weeks. - ➤ Rich Products’ Brownsville plant, which has operated since 1993, employs 600 workers and added robotic palletizers to speed up frozen food production such as shrimp for national supermarkets and chain restaurants. It is the only plant that processes shrimp (half wild-caught, half from South America). Rio Grande Guardian
