- ➤ Irrigation districts in the Rio Grande Valley submitted 21 proposals seeking about $225 million from the NADBank Water Resiliency Fund to upgrade water systems; Texas leaders recently allocated $100 million to support these projects + efforts to secure water supplies for cities including Brownsville.
